Hello! 

I am a compassionate and engaging therapist specializing in the treatment of issues related to depression and anxiety.

You may find yourself feeling alone, feeling insecure in relationships, questioning and doubting your perspective, feeling out of place, or shying away from people and experiences. If so, I imagine you are hoping to feel more confident, more resilient, and more secure so that you can worry less, actualize your goals, and be an authentic version of yourself. My approach focuses on adjusting limiting beliefs and behaviors using CBT and DBT interventions, while also applying psychodynamic techniques to provide curative insight to increase self-understanding.

I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable to deeply explore issues and supported to make necessary change. Using an integrative approach, I collaborate with you to tailor sessions to fit your unique needs, preferences, and goals. You can expect me to be warm, personable, and supportive, yet challenging and motivating. I provide guidance, use humor when appropriate, and aim to create an authentic connection with each client.
